A important Question about the Pill..

Ok. So i have been on the pill for a couple of months now..and it seems to be working. But im confused about something. Are you supposed to have your period on the 7 days that you take the Sugar pills, cuz if thats so somethings not right cuz thats not when i have mine.

 

I wondered the same thing.

I should be getting my period any day now. I started the pill on Dec. 15 (the fifteenth day of my cycle) and haven't gotten my period yet. I hope it's normal for your periods to be screwed up when you first start the pill. <_<

Input would soothe my nerves. And my uterus.

 

I usually get mine about three days into the sugar pills...

if you're menstruating during the regular pills, and it's not changing towards when you have teh sugar pills (ie, regular cycle plus a couple days, to get you more in sync with the pills) you should probably talk to your doctor. May be that the pills ya'll are using are too low of a hormone dose for your bodies or somesuch

this is assuming you started on the pill during your cycle, like you're supposed to

 

yeah my periods were a little messed up at first and didnt come on time but if you continue to take the pills when youre supposed to it should even out

actually you can start the pill in three different ways. you can start the pill the very first day you get them (whether you have your period or not), start the sunday after your period starts, or you can start the day your period starts

 

Yeah, I started the day I got 'em.

 

See now that's where I am fucked up! I am prescribed to only take four sugar pills so literally I get maybe if I am lucky a one day period. For the past two months I get this pathetic bleugh period of spotting but tremendous cramps.
