Hey this is a great idea! I'm 5'4" and weigh about 164# right now....was surprised cuz I gained 10# since I moved back to NH from AZ. I could never keep weight on until I started having kids, now I can't seem to get it off for very long. This is the most I have ever weighed in my life so my personally goal is to get some of this spare tire off. I went from looking like Olive Oyl to Bluto. The webcam pictures don't show the tummy & buffalo butt (as I leave those out of most pics)

hey, i'm in!!! i'm starting a low carb diet tomorrow. Yesterday I went on a 1.8 mile walk, and today I went the same distance riding a bike. Then I got home and did 50 crunches and some push-ups. I'm about 5'7ish and weigh about 175. I weighed 165 for the longest time, and I was pretty happy with that. But then I gained these 10 pounds, and I'm having the hardest time taking them back off. The Atkins diet always works for me, and I usually don't add exercise to the mix. So this time I'm hoping to have double the success. I've struggled with my weight all my life. At one point, I was about 225. I sure don't wanna gain all that back, so I'm so glad to have the support of you all!! Anyone feel free to PM me, and good luck to all of you beautiful ladies. By the way, my goal weight is about 150 for now. How do you guys plan on losing weight?
I would love to have some support, Im trying to lose my college fat, working out at the gym and stuff, but unfortunatley, as a pot smoker still trying to over come those munchies with water and pretzels instead of alcohol and junk!
Hey! I'm in! In grade 12 I didn't pay any attention to how much I weighed because I was just happy how I looked, (though grades 8-11 were massive obsessive days.) I think I was around 160 in grade 12 and I was 5'6. Then after highschool I went through crud and gained 30lbs!!! and one inch (I'm now 5'7) Well, I've been working hard and I've lost 25-30lbs, (i'm resting inbetween 160 and 165lbs.) The problem is, my stomach is all soft and jiggly, since I gained so much I have excess fat cells now. So I want to loose at least another 20lbs and tone up so my tummy doesn't dance when I walk, lol. So I'm in!!
I'm in... Last year I lost 50 lbs with the Somersize diet (much healthier than Atkins) and hitting the gym on a daily basis. I was sidetracked briefly during the early part of this year, but I'm back full force now doing weight training in the morning and cardio at night. Btw, name is Traci too.
