pregnancy, sex and sore tits

So, I am newly pregnant. Not too far along, but far enough along for my tits to have grown massive in the last month. They are also super sore. They hurt when touched, hang, move or jiggle... basically, I hate their existance right now.

Because my breasts are so sore, I have been reluctant to have sex with my husband. Obviously, I must not be the first women to have such problems, right? Does the breast pain go away or dull at all? What did you do when you still wanted to be intimate but didn't because of the pain?

In a typical pregnancy (but not every pregnancy is typical ), the soreness will go away in the second trimester.

About the sex, I just tell my hub, hands off the boobs, it's fair, he always obeyed

 

My tit pains (although admittedly minimal) went away by the 16th week. They come back occasionally, but nothing near horrible enough for me to give up my favourite recreational activity!

 

Yup It goes away it's just the high lev or hormones right now.. Well mine went away

 

it does ease up, mine came bace towards the end, but as colourfulhippie said, just get him not to touch the boobs, pregnancy can be a great time to find new positions that dont agravate your sore bits, lol. savoy cabbage leaves, not just good after the birth..just stick some in your bra and off you go, lol, it did help a bit for me, tho i only tried it once, just cools and soothes everything,

another option is to try reflexology to help clear out any odeama, swelling and toxins from your body, a good diy treatment is to rub along the top of your feet (the flatter part near the toes) with a comfortable but firm pressure, and also to pinch the 'web' part between each of your toes and make a twisting movement, like you are rubbing breadcrums or something. also rub in a ring around the base of your big toe and down each side of your foot about 4cm from the base of your toes. do each thing 1-3 times.

Seeing a specialist reflexologist could be benificial to all aspects of your pregnancy. Massage is also good, just make sure they know you are pregnant and they dont massage your stomach. it helps the body to clear out toxins, lowers the bloodpressure, calms and relaxes you and mousturises your skin and boosts its flow of nutrients.

is it normal for there to be a little blood in the vaginal liquids during/after sex? Not a lot or anything... just enough to add a tint?

Freaked the hubby out... I said I thought it was normal, or at least fine.

YES!! it is completely normal in early pregnancy to spot a bit after sex.

 

It CAN be normal, but I would still mention it to your OB or midwife if it continues, just so they are aware.

Yeah, when it comes to blood, don't assume anything is normal. Always tell your OB.

hi my name is crystal i just had a baby on x-mas eve...i have to say my tits never hut when i was pregnant but they are very sore now...they hurt to the point imcrying at times it feels like there are razors cutting my tits up inside....how can i stop it??? i dont breast feed so what do i do?? this was my 4th kid and i never had this problem before!!!im only 20 is this wrong?

 

I'm in week 12 now and my boobs haven't grown at all, haven't put on weight, no morning sickness.......if I hadn't actually seen the scans I wouldn't even believe that I am pregnant! Anyways, i just think you should do what you're comfortable with, but don't forget that your husband will love your body as it is.

 

I would check with your doctor/midwife. It may have something to do with you milk production or you might have an infection.

Even a shirt rubbing on them hurt me! NO WAY was there going to be any kind of licking or touching, soft or not!!!!!

 

not at all , but then again when my lady was prego i felt wierd about sex and all that when the baby is in there
