This is mostly to see out of our population here (or of those who actually see this thread), who has been caught and criminalized by society? It's a shame that any at all have to go through this shit, but let's see how many of us have been affected.

I was when I was 15 and I had to go to court and do community service and it went on my record... Does that count as a yes?

 

Were you arrested and could you have gone to jail/prison for a while? if so, that would be a yes.

I've never been arrested for having Cannabis in Canada, the closest I've come was smoking a joint with an officer of the law.

i just got sited, court, probation, comunity service....was fuckin gay

 

yes...a few times actually. recieved jail time, probabtion, drug and alchohol counciling, heavty fines....the whole 9 yards.

but i was living in utah so that explains all of that

So far so good... I dont deal and never have more than a pipe and maybe up to an 1/8th, if that, so if I do get caught, hopefully it wont amount to much.

 

I've never been arrested for weed, but I have been kicked out of two different schools in less than a year's time for smoking weed and I've been kicked out of the army for smoking weed. I was almost arrested when I got kicked out of school, but the stupid fucking cop didn't know I was 18 at the time, so he let me go. haha

 

yes i have,did 5 days in jail and a large fine.no probation as i fought agianst it for a year in court.
