Ok, so lately I am ALWAYS hungry, ALWAYS thirsty, can ALWAYS need a nap to recharge...which is not entirely like me. I am not pregnant (I checked twice), and I can't think of anything else being vastly different except maybe the season. Am I just the least fuel efficient person ever?

heyy i happened to read the other day, that refined foods leave us feeling a LOOT more hungry very soon after we eat them. like, refined sugars, refined grains, etc, their not filling at allll. too much sugar especially is what i read can do this, and most americans i learned consume amaaazing amounts of sugars. makes sense, its in nearly everything processed i eat and is a very common food additive..i forget the amount, but the average is we eat a day is more than a third of a pound per person, its a looot of sugar. ever wonder why you see people yawning all the time in the middle of the day, or being tired and stressed???
but the solution to this, if your eating lots of refined sugars and grains, is to not, haha... if you eat white bread or enriched grain crackers or white rice or anything like that, eat whole grain things. its not hard, just buy some brown lookin bread at the store instead of white, very easy simple stuff. but im learning via raw foodists even whole grains arent that healthy, cuz they have gluten in them which coats the small intestine and prevents you from asborbing everything your body wants to.. sprouted grains and ezekiel breads are ideal. but im sure switching your diet up to whole grains and less refined sugars would help you out a bit :)
