    Best 2005 albums:
We Are Scientists - With Love And Sqaulor
The Zutons - Who killed the Zutons? (I think it was 2004, but I only discovered in this year lol:p)
Foo Fighters - In Your Honor
Nine Black Alps - Everything Is
Alanis Morissette - Jagged Little Pill Acoustic

Singles would be too hard... My memory is too bad.

eels- blinking lights and other revelations - one of the greatest underrated geniuses of the last 10 years, a masterpiece
greenday - bullet in a bible ( i know technically it doesnt strictly count but i like it)
QOTSA- lullabies to paralize (even though theyre clearly missing a bassist)
system of a downs- mezmerize/hypnotize - metal the way it should be
the white stripes- get behind me satan - better as a singles band but enjoyable
