What temperature water do you use in your bong?

I was just wondering how cold everyone's bong water is. Cause ya know when you go jogging and it's like really cold so your throat hurts and stuff? Well I noticed that happens if the water is too cold... And I found warm water kind of soothes your throat like tea or somethin' would, but it gets a little too much after a while... So now I use room temp water.

 

i always was partial to cooler water... i ussualy just get water from the tap and drop an ice cube in it

 

i personally dont own a bong but one of my friends does and we put in water thats been sitting around for a little while with ice cubes to keep it nice and chilled. I like it cold because the heat of smoke can burn your troat the hotter it is and so it dosent feel as bad when its cooler.

 

i don't own a bong either, but when we use my friends roor bong, we just get some cool water and drop some cubes in the ice catcher

 

Ice cold water works well to cool the smoke.

 

ya i like it allso,smooths it out a bit for bigger hits.i use ice watter

I use cold water when I feel like it but alot of the times i just grab the bong and hit it. Don't put a whole lot of thought into it.

 

in my bubbler i use water thats been in the freezer for like an hour. for bongs w/ ice chambers i love it. i remember the first time i hit a bong with ice in it. you're like "what the fuck this is cold smoke." its nice.

 

room temp i i just have my bong sitting in my closet and just grab it and hit it then put it back, ahah water has been in there sence like september

 

usually either warm or even close to hot water. i find its the easiest on the lungs and throat, the steam is soothing. like a steam vaporizer for your bedroom when you're sick.

though sometimes really cold is nice, but often it is more uncomfortable for me.

i dont notice much difference in room temperature water and just a dry pipe.

I just use whatever's available. Cold is the best but it doesnt really matter

 

Ice cold man, especially on a hot day. I don't usually put cold water in my bong, but I prefer to. It just feels so good. Warmer water just seems to be very uncomfortable.

 

room temp because I'm lazy and forgetful, but cold water is definitely better and I remember to use it sometimes.

 

I like to use steaming hot water with a regular bong

If the bong has an ice notch though, I use ice cold water

 

I love ice cold water man, never rips at my throat like straight smoke from a pipe does. By the way, I own the same Doors shirt! It's an ill shirt, only mine is short-sleeve. Peace!

 

haha, that's kinda gross. There's a record though for the longest time bong water has been continually used. Some 80-something year old out there has kept his bong water since he was 14! Dammmmmmmn.

 

hell yea, thats what i thought. ive tried cold, warm, room temp, old, fresh, ect. but i have to say cold is the best, you cant even feel it in your lungs. warm water makes the smoke so much thicker in my opinion, a little tougher to hold down i think. i had a 14" sraight bong, no special curves or nothin just a 2 1/2" opening that would get you fucked up. i just stacked icecubes in the bong.

 

room temp, ice doesn't make any difference for me other then making me take to much and cough more
