My back and feet have been killing me at work lately....mostly the back though. I think I pulled something in my hip on one side a couple years ago, and occasionally the pain comes back. I think the pain's radiating from that hip now to my entire lower back. I've heard about the icy/hot back patch, has anyone tried it? Will it ease my uncomfy back? :(

there is this other great invention... brand new too!

Its called a hot water bottle and a bag of frozen peas. Both reusable and don't end up in some landfill. Hell, you can even eat the peas if you want!

I was kind of looking for something that I could wear to work.....but now that I think of it, the owner of the store really isn't too bright, I could probably strap such contraptions under my uniform. :p

Haha well....in your case....just make friends with the owner, his friends are always taking up space and oxygen around the joint. And while he's off counting his money, the massages can ensue. :)

A back brace can be worn and offers you support and can help.
I've used a cold/hot cream while working for a while, I found a good chiropractor and exercise was more effective.
