looking for a sheet/fabric to cover my window

hey, i'm looking for something to cover my window with, like a large sheet/some type of fabric..i have blinds on the window but even when they are closed they let in too much light

now i know i can just go to the store and buy a regular sheet, but why i posted this is because i want something unique and creative, rather than just a plain sheet...i dont want anything TOO elaborate, i'm pretty easy to please..i just dont want a solid color sheet

so if anyone here is good at working with fabric and wants to help out lemme know! all i ask is that you use dark colors..i'm pretty open to anything so we can work something out

anyways sorry if none of this made sense, its late haha

ebay has some cool tapestrys...some for very cheap. ive got a huge green one with a peace sign over my window to keep the light out. its the same one they have in the gypsyrose catalog but i found it brand new at a thrift shop in NY......

 

I have an old skirt up as my curtian...yes...I have a fat ass...it's quite a wide window, what with a window seat and all, and if it still lets too much light in, you can also tack old sheets up on the celing around you bed like those old style bed drapes...as soon as I find my camara, I'll post some pics of what I'm talking about...
