What did you get your partner for christmas?

Title says it all really.

I'm really short of cash right now, infact I've only spent £10 on Mercedes, but shes gonna LOVE it still! Got myself some recording time in the studio at uni and I've written and recorded some songs for her then put 'um on a cd with a proper cover and everything

 

I spent about about $35 on Rasmus and i really hope he's gonna like it
I'm not gonna say what it is right now, just in case he comes on and reads this before he opens it lol
But what you go Mercedes is such a far out gift, i know i'd love that! She's one lucky girl

 

Well its cheap (which is good as I'm skint), its thoughtful, and its easy to wrap I hate wrapping presents. It's also damn easy to post

 

I got my boyfriend a cd he doens't have yet. Its hard to come up with a gift for him as I already gave him a lot, haha.

 

I can't say yet coz he might be spying :&

 

A Hendrix Axis bold as love guitar book. and i dont know what else yet.

Anyway, my present to Jo is something I handmade and I think is nifty. I can't say cause she hasn't gotten it yet, even though I've accidentally told her already anyway, but yeah, that's beside the point.

 

Oh but it's so much fun I love wrapping presents, specially christmas ones.

 

I got him some underwear, some socks, pajamas pants, slippers and (this is so lame) a Squidward stuff animal thingy. Ooooh, So romatic.

 

We don't usually get each other anything for Christmas, especially since his birthday is in late November and then our anniversary is in February...but this year we did something kinda fun. We each went to the dollar-store and got each other five items. It was just fun seeing what kind of combination of stuff we could come up with with the odd selection of stuff at the dollar store.

 

I made my bf a hat and scarf, some tie dye boxers, and I bought him a gift certificate to the used book store, and a new strap for his sax.

 

a year subscription to deviant art so he can keep sharing all his artwork with his family and friends he doesn't see often(hes an art major), 6 band tees and from him I got a necklace and earring set (2 sets of earrings) with our little girl's birthstone on them (She is due in April). I lovedddd that he did that for me. I'm not a jewerly wearing kind of girl but the fact that he found out her birthstone and bought me jewerly I'd wear (simple but pretty) melted my heart. I love this guy... treats me like gold.

 

It's our first christmas together, and we're both not working, nor do we really want anything... so it was enough just to be together. if i was gonna get something for him it would have to be some awesome Lord of the Rings sword (battle worthy of course) or something and i just didnt have the grand or so to spend
But it was really beautiful just being together, smoking joints with my family

 

celtgrrl and I spoiled each other this year. I bought her an iPod and she bought me Sirius satellite radio.

I'm really tired of utilitarian holiday gifts. Frivilous nis the only way to go.

My hubby got me a set of drums! I feel like such a sludge, because I just got him underwear, socks, slippers. CRipe!

 

i got my bf a pink floyd hoodie. he doesn't have any band merch, so that's what i got him. he got me a shroomy necklace and a bracelet.

 

I've been saving up for a few months and I finally earned enough to buy him a brand-spanking-new 6-string acoustic guitar. :3 He's been playing for years, and just recently his jackass of a cousin broke his guitar on him. So I worked my ass off to get enough to give him this new one. Oh, you should have seen his eyes when he opened the case!

 

Alright, now I can say. (Damn shipping was late ) I made her a drum. I made it all by myself too. :H
