Since a few days ago I've been having bad alergies, sneezing constantly, runny nose and asma. I haven't had these simptoms in a while. Ever since I started eliminating certain foods I've felt great.
I don't take any medication, not even for my asma, so I have to relly on coffee to calm the atack. works fine, but I hate having to drink a cup in the middle of the night.
I'm also running out of tissues cause my nose is so bad.
I'm am a very healthy person, hardly get sick, so I can't stand feeling this way.
At work it's horrible, I mean, would you like to be served coffee by a sneezing, sniffling, coughing person?
    I feel disgusting.

It's not a cold or the flu, I know the diference.
But I just don't know what it is.
I haven't changed my diet or eaten anything diferent from what I normaly do.
I've also been a bit itchy. It's driving me crazy.

someone said it might be the change of weather. the days are hot and nights are getting pretty cold.
    could that be it.

I thought it could be cause I've been smoking a lot of weed latelly. I've smoked for years but this past week I think I over did it. I smoke un blunts, maybe it's affecting my respitory system.

I'm going to stop for a few days to see if I get better.
or maybe I should switch to paper or bongs.

well... what do you think? Any ideas ?
