how's the new year goin for ya'll? Anything neato happened?


I found out one of my crushes is not available, and got a new crush, hurrah!

 

Moved to Maine last Friday, had the best NYE I could ever ask for and start a new job on Saturday, so lots of changes going on.

 

its going alright, i haven't done anything yet and don't plan on it - i finally get a full winter vacation in my 3 years in college, which is sorta cool. though i'm havign trouble figuring out what i want to do most of the time, i get bored easily

um i finally went to the dentist and i stopped drinking and have been eating healthier and getting along with dan-o much better. none of that is too exciting though.

 

I think it will be a good year. off to a rocky start but sometimes you have to climb a rocky shore to set sail...well not really you just drive to the harbor but you know what I mean

 

well, you gotta know pain to know joy, right? Hopefully all your shitty crap will be done with for the year once you get this liver thinger resolved

 

right and I'm going to become british, well i dont know. I just spoke with my mom and I think I'm going to go live with my aunt for awhile after I get better and graduate and go to grad school there as it would be free to me because my mom was born there and my cousins a social worker and loves it. i dont know i haven't spent more than a month there in over 5 years so it would be different. hmmmm but british in 2006 would be a good slogan...

okay your turn. what do you want to do this year...like really do other than crushes deepest want for this year and who's the crush by the way?

 

wow, being British sounds super cool! My best friend is going to London for spring break with her bf - he has lots of family over there

what do I wanna do? Really just be happy... do good at school and enjoy life. I can't wait for spring either, I'm so looking forward to warmth and no snow, even if it's like 4 months away. And part of that is getting into at least a semi-serious relationship again. My last two attempts at relationships have failed miserably, ended up with me feeling pretty gross about myself which I don't like. The new crush, well, I went to elementary with him and lost touch when we went to different high schools. Hell, I didn't like him at all in elementary but suddenly he's all gentlemanly and funny and charismatic

 

Oh those are the best kind of crushes with people you know from a long time ago, it makes you feel deeply rooted together.I want the same. I just want my life to be like springtime, ya know-fresh and new and in color ( and not yellow d: )

London is great in the springtime. the daisies along the highways are gorgeous. i haven't gone back since my uncle who I was really close to died. I just think it's time for me to go back now-I'm ready.

 

I've never been of the continent heh, but I want to go to England and Europe when I'm done school, if I can afford to.

aha, I just love guys who act all gentlemanly, offer rides home and carry friends coats and stuff, it's cuuuute. Plus he's not outrageously tall, which is nice... means I might actually be able to kiss him without a stepstool

I have a cold, and my sister leaves to go back to school today. I am pretty upset about that, I will miss her so much. my mother is depressed. my new year could be better.

 

i have yet to schedule classes for next semester...scared. very much so.
i don't want to go back and leave my brother.

but i am looking forward to another chance to screw up my own plans of world domination...and plutonium!

i'm looking for an apt... new years eve was interesting, hung out with an old friend... am not going back to school this semester...

lots of plans, not too much real action yet.

ah you're lucky. I can't find guys tall enough! I'm 5'9 and like to wear heels my ex boyfriend/best friend weird status guy is 6'0/6'1 so I'm as tall as him in heels and it bothers him then another guy I'm seeing is 5'9 and I just feel too weird wearing heels around him because we just started seeing each other. I would love to find somone I clicked with who was like 6'4 and I never had to worry about their weird guy height ego thing.

I haven't been too many places recently. I loved england when i was a kid though it's just so pretty. Isn't canada rather european in its' people and culture? I've onlny been to montreal for a night and right north of washington state, which I don't really remember. But Montreal reminded me of London but a little more unfamilar and not well english.

 

Mine's going just fine. Nothing exciting to report though yet, sorry.

a lot of guys do somtimes my ex does like I was taller than him at his christmas party and he loved it because it was a formal and he's like i dig it when you stand out (the other guys wives were blah) but like everyday i think guys get tired of reaching for kisses. and I'm not sexist!
