Campbell really tries hard and in his own way gets enough winners to earn some sort of commendation here.
Libertine easily wins for 'Talking Ass Award' which is extra special considering he actually thinks he is logical in the first place.
Zoomie would have to win the 'Worst Atheist Award' hands down.. although I really dont know WTF he thinks he is representing anyways.
Whatever it is - he sucks bad.

Erasmus, curse his soul, at least tries to present himself as a worthy opponent. Although he fails miserably, at least he tries, by God!

 

Well I am mixed up
After looking back I see that some of the vewis I did hold were not inline with the bible.So Ahh take me off....

To me you come off as a pretty irritable and rude fellow. I know this thread probably offended you somewhat, but sometimes youve got to laugh it off. Libertine doesnt even know you, so why would you let something like that get you angry? Perhaps you think that the only way to defend your religion from smartasses is to be a smartass yourself, but youd probably be dead wrong.

 

I thought Zoomie was a pagan...eh, I dont think I know enough about the folks to give an opinion, But I'll give it a go anyway:

Campbell IMO deserves both THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN AWARD and THE END OF TIME AWARD (to share with his son JD4U of course). They're a killer team. They've got some hardcore beliefs.

THE TALKIN' SNAKE AWARD should go to Libertine, since he works so hard for it. But let's not forget gunison, Trippin, NakidAype, and our other well-spoken atheists (well, at least I think they are atheists/agnostic of some form...)


I think Erasmus70 deserves the THE TALKIN' ASS AWARD. Made even more funny because he is totally and completely oblivious to his illogical nature while all the time accusing others of this same impairment..

FuzzyNutz has definitely earned THE GATES OF HELL AWARD. No explanation needed there. Is he still banned?

THE REPENT YE AWARD goes to the CSFC...or Condescending Smartasses for Christ as so named by Libertine (very intuitive, if I may say so myself). You guys know who you are...

 

This one definitely goes to Libertine. He accuses others of doing what he is doing. He's either joking or he's stupid, and judging from how angry he gets it has to be the latter. He thinks wisdom is foolishness and foolishness is wisdom.

 

No sense in allowing your jealousy to override your common sense there, Asskov. You just need to realize that Libertianity is here to stay. Fuckah!!

Shouldn't the

THE TALKIN' ASS AWARD (for the stupidest, illogical poster)

be fleshed out (no pun intended) a little bit? I mean, 'illogical' describes so many practices including:

1) Talking past the issue

2) Arguing from authority

3) Objecting to the person rather than the position


Then again, are these 3 or but 1? Hmmmm....

 

None of those three need necessarily be illogical.
