Too shallow with too many rocks, I assume. But that's a great place for thinking. They just built this little trail out in the country in my town, it's got covered park bench/table sets. I used to go down there to study, but people are abusing it (mounds of garbage, tearing up the grass with their cars, dog crap every 50 feet...), it's winter, and my studying needs computers hand in hand, so I only go down there every now and then, when I'm riding my bike.
It gets deeper as it goes on. Thats a shame about your trail. Hope you find a new peacefull place to study.
Why yes........ it is beautiful! good thing i live right beside it! me and wizard were just down there!
damn, i'm jealous of your thinking spot mine's alright, but it could use some big rocks and a creek like that
thats a very wonderful place...it reminds to fine a place like that to relax and think about things. i think i will one of these days. thank you for sharing
that second picture is so beautifully composed and such. I love it... last night I was very drunk wandering around alone and found a really nice and high rooftop at this parking garage, I do believe that will be one of my new "thinking spots" on days when it's warm enough to be up there. It was kinda hard to get up there though and probably not too smart cause I was wasted! haha. it was amazing though because the clouds were moving very fast and I could see that some were closer and some were further up, all moving at different speeds, it was quite an experience, aesthetically, and I felt like my body was touching the sky and I felt very vulnerable up there but in a good way. for once stars were visable(so rare here), so it was just...!!! I live in the city and I have about 5 different awesome spots I meditate or do whatever in. They make this shitty city bearable! annnyway a friend and I were thinking it'd be pretty awesome to try n float down a river or stream in an air mattress..?! maybe you could try that. I'm rambling but yeah! that picture just gives me a very calm feeling, it's perfect. I love trees and night skies.
