I don't know how I didn't hear about this but apparently weed is legal in Alaska. There is a vote coming up in November that will make it available in stores and taxed by the local government. Of course its going to pass because the government wants this money. Read this article. http://www.regulatemarijuanainalaska.org/home/This is only one state but its a start and the fact that this is in the US at all is a great step as I see it. I'm so excited by this. Once this passes in November it will be big news and we may see it happen in more states in the continental US after all the plus sides of legalization we've been preaching for years are seen to be true. Rock on Alaska. If it passes I'm gonna roll an Alaskan doobie in celebration. I don't know exactly what that is but I have 4 more months to make something up. Maybe I'll just put the doobie in the freezer then smoke it.

even if it gets voted to be legal, amerikan government agencies such as the FBI and DEA would bust the stores selling marijuana, and bust the people that buy marijuana. it is a start but Id be pretty damn cautious when you buy it.

I think that marijuana laws are set and enforced state to state. I don't think the government will be busting these places. The good side to this is that if weed is legal in Alaska then there will be legal greenhouses in Alaska producing it. This will cut out the secret grow operations and the drug dealers which is what all people view as bad to begin with.
