In about 2 years, when I can finally come out of the closet with my religion, I'm planning on reading the Lotus Sutra in the park in my town.
I was thinking about doing this over Wesak and the days immediately proceeding and following.
What I was wondering was if anyone had some good Ideas for me to use in this task or comments on the idea.
    thank you all in advance.

What do you mean, "reading in the park in my town"? Do you mean you want to prostylize?

don't forget to read for the birds and the bees and trees and the flowers too... i have found these folks to be the most eager to hear

Well, Prosetylizing isn't exactly how I would describe it because I'm not trying to convert people, but I just feel that it might be a very good thing to share with people.

You don't need to say a thing, if you are spiritual you will give off a vibe and people will be attracted to you. Then you can share your silence. But just talking isn't going to help. Neither will "coming out of the closet;" just meditate all the time, even with eyes open. Does the tulip shout out that it is there? You don't even have to see it, sometimes you can smell its fragrance passing by.

Read for yourself. When it has sunk in, others will absorb it from your own being.
