All detox pills are bullshit. It has been scientifically proven that there is no product out there that can magically speed up the rate at which your liver and kidneys process toxins. You just wasted your money sweetheart.

Eating clay is often a sign of iron deficiency. Picca.

A long while back, I remember reading about pregnant women in Africa that would eat this special kind of soft, white clay to help with the nausea--something about the clay neutralizing the acid in the stomach.

What about bentonite clay?? I'm pretty sure that's a clay and I know people who drink a tablespoon of it every so often...

    clay LoL
I eat large does of clay(extra-thick, hydrated bentonite) fairly regularly by shaking it up with water and ground psyllium husks
i guzzle it and love it and down tons of water and totally clean out my intestines daily with it
of course my intestines are primo LoL
I will tell you that bentonite has an amazing negative ionic charge and it attracts all the unwanted junk in the system and absorbs it right up
it inflates and soaks up moisture and becomes like an intestinal brush totally cleaning and revitalizing the inner organ giving the best shit ever!
the bentonite clay is unabsorbable by the intestines and serves solely to move right on through
