Madame Bambi any books you'd recomend

Until recently i've relied only on sun sign, and of course everyone knows that
sun sign is sorta inaccurate.

Afterall if you relly on sun sign you can't rally see how the person actually is.

Iv'e read more about charts and planets what should i read next, i'm not an astrologery by trade, i'm asuming your one so any advice.

 

Well, my personal favorite is: "A Spirtual Approach to Astrology" by Myrna Lofthus.

One of my old teachers wrote a very good beginning book. He's a great beginning teacher: Rio Olesky's "Astrology & Consciousness". You can get them both, probably used, either from powells.com or amazon.com.

Also, if you don't feel like shelling out bucks right now, there is a lot of info in the web. Astrolabe has an amazing site...as does StarIQ.

You want to learn each sign, it's element and modality, which house it rules and planet it rules. You want to learn the planets and the houses. Learn the order from which planets line up from the Sun. Learn this until it's committed to memory, then begin with the aspects.

Thanks for the books, I think all find them look throught them and then buy them if it has what i'm looking for that way i have it on my shelves when ever i need then for quick refrenence and review.

oh and ya i've heard of astro.com, but i normaly just use it to create charts.

I've read Linda Goodman's sun sign and varies others but they didn't compare to what i was looking for, it seamed like the same information being repeated.

I was first intrested in astrology back in high school years ago, i first noticed this leo who couldn't stop getting attention.

Then i just started getting intrested in compatablity/compostie charts after suddenly noticing this Aries girl i knew from high school had mars=Tarrus while i had
venus=tarus.
