Buying Land Within 6 months!!!

hey all.. i know that there is alot of talk about starting community, and there has been for many decades. Some have actually accomplished it with loads of hard work,determination and communication, not to mention love
Well we are tired of talking, were buying some land asap.. looking in the south west area..colorado & new mexico are looking pretty good right now. if you are interested, please check out our discussion group..and i promise, its not going to stay in the discussion phase very long. We also would appreciate any and all input from people who know more about the ins and outs of community development..this is a peaceful community and is moderated to keep out agro and disrespectful posts..so far no problems!
