i was just thinking of making a thread about this!

Ok, so i decided to try it for the first time a few weeks ago and the first packet i bought was not so tasty, but it was good for melting on pizza and pasta. You can't grate it though cos it's too soft, which is kinda annoying. But i just bought a new type that has herbs mixed in with it and is sooooo yummy! I eat it grilled on toast or on crackers. But it's not too good for sandwiches.

They must use a really weak vegetarian rennet for soy cheese because i've never seen a hard type like regular cheese
