so i asked my dealer how much for an 1/8...i'm still pretty inexperienced but he said "1/8?...how many grams is that, i havent donet that in a while.." and i was like "umm i think its 3 grams" and he's like "lets see....25 bucks.." and i was like ok, so i get the 3rd gram half off... but then i found out an 1/8 is like 3.5... i was thinking about telling him, but is 3 grams for 25 a good deal?.... or do you think i shoudl tell him and him most likely raising it to 30 bucks? just wanna know which is a better deal.
If it's good weed, then it's a decent deal. 1/8 of dank is $50 around here. Is it good weed? Even if it's mids, you're not really getting ripped off. You say the third gram was half off anyway, so it comes out even, because you were half a gram short. It's all good.
Was that chunk of weed worth the money? After the deal is done is a rotten time to play with arithmatic and scales. Think of each transaction as {this weed} for {this money}.
guys i know they're both good deals, but i'm asking which ones better, 25 bucks for 3 grams, or 30 bucks for 3.5 grams. i suppose i could of just divided it and see what is worth more gram for gram, but i didnt think of it at the time cuz i was stoned hah. but yea the 25 bucks for 3 grams of mids/high mids comes out cheaper surprisingly =D
The 25 bucks for 3g is cheaper, because if 25 is divided by 3, it equals approx $8 per gram. When 30 bucks is divided by 3.5, that last 1/2g is $5, meaning that you get the final 1/2g at a price equal to $10 per gram. If you get the same price on 3.5g as you paid for the 3g, then it would come out to approx $28, plus change. I don't know if that makes sense to anyone, but the $25 for 3g is cheaper by a dollar of two.
25 for 3 is better than 30 for 3.5, simply by lookin at it. however its not much. an equal price for the 8th would only be like 29.16666
