I'm vegan and I want to start trying to concieve. can anyone tell me what i need, vitamin and nutrient wise. what foods should I make sure to eat. I plan on having a balanced diet from the start... I don't want my baby to miss out on any of those important things he will need. so I need vegan mommy help

Start taking all the B vit is you already don't. Am not a big fan of to much soy during pregnancy all the estrogen in it.. so Rice milk and such?. I was Veg for a long time before i started this preg and one day I woke up with the biggest craving for meat and I gave in. It really does make me sick to eat it but I guess my body needed it at the time. drink tons of teas to get your iron up Nettle. Dandelion ect.. and make every protein a complete protein. Start taking prenatal vit as of now. I hope the best for you good luck!
