okay I know this is the "U.K." forum but I figured since you are in close proximity to ireland maybe you might be able to help me out. I am from the U.S. and I am looking to live in Ireland (Dublin) or in London. The thing is my grades aren't so good so it would need to be a community college or something without tough admissions. I need a big change and I think this is it, I love london and I love dublin and would love to be there. But I need to be doing something like going to school or working, and I would rathar go to school. Any help would be much appreciated.

    I've stayed in both cities.
Dublin is becoming rather expensive and generally not the Ireland I know.
London is a completely and utterly different experience. A mega-metropolis of small towns joined together. You can find anything there.

    best of luck.:)
