Rubber Bands

    hey ive read alot of the posts on using rubberbands for a few weeks but id like to sum it all up in one thread. anyknowledge and everyknowledge is appreciated.


    ps ive got elastics on my roots to hold a few together...

    my advice: take them ALL out right now. especially any that you have at the roots. those will only thin the root of the dread and it will break off !

    mine are all at the roots, they have only been there for a few days since i combined them, how/why will they break off?

    because it stops more hairs joining the root andeventually your dread will run out of root hairs astheyall die. i agree take them out :)

    i say take em out. i had rubberbands in for 2 days, and i took em out, and my dreads are fine. if they are backcombed they wil stay together, just keep palmrolling em, and playing with em. they wont completly fall apart. but eventually they will dread, just urself a favor now, before it become a big problem later. peace~
