I suck at rolling

i never rolled a joint with a "roach" that your explaining, never had weed sucked into my mouth either, just make the end to a point so the weed wont get sucked through, and here we call roaches, whats left of a joint, like an inch of a joint that hasnt been smoked yet, is a roach

Making the end to a point usually only constricts air flow. The roach holds the mouth open, letting you take meaner rips in shorter time. Like this guy said preference is what it's all about.

 

Hahah man that's pretty cool. Its funny cause I have a trademark with my family and friends who smoke weed. I make these fuckin ghetto ass wacky bongs that just have sooo much personality its scary. EVERYONE in my neighborhood knows if its a smokindude(not real name i go by incase your wondering) bong. Like i would make ones that remind you exactly of things you see on cartoons and movies, I find it hilarioussss. Like for instance I have a ghetto bong named Teen Titan which looks just like a teen titan its scary(teen titan is a cartoon on like TV me my bro and cuz you used to watch back in the day). But bottom line is TRADEMARKS ARE THE BEST.

 

duh, shit like 30% i can deal with that, dont need to be taking fat rips off a joint anyway, use a pipe or bong for that

 

Sometimes I roll with a cardboard roach, other times I dont, but I have to say, you take some smooooth ass hits when there's a roach in there. And its nice cus you can smoke it down to the end without needing clips, good for when you're in the woods and have no clips, its easier than pinching the joint between two twigs in some kind of chopstick like manner =P

Only thing that sucks is when you get wicked blazed and realize that the last two hits have all been cardboard.

 

Wow, I never knew that people don't use cardboard roaches. I've never rolled a J without.

i had the same problem with hand rollin joints unless it was a kingsize. big hands r to blame, just cant get a good grip on the paper. i was saved when i learned how to roll with a dollar. same concept as a rollin machine but it wont cost you any thing. lay the paper on the bill, fold one of the corners on the paper to make a thin triangle goin along the majority of the paper. put your bud in and bring the two sides of the dollar together and then start rollin it back and forth to tighten the bud in the paper. then roll it down untill the creased part of the paper is showin. tuck in the uncreased section of the paper and as you roll it back up the crease you made will naturally take care of tuckin in the rest. it will take a little bit of practice to get a good technique down, and it will take a little bit more practice to beable to tell when you have it rolled too tight or not tight enough. this method can make some Js unsmokeable if they r rolled too tight, ive had them so tight that they wouldnt even light. practice makes perfect, my roommate couldnt roll a blunt and was amazed at watching me roll. when i moved out he finally learned how. like i told him, he had watched me do it enough to have the basic idea of what to do, but all he had to do was do it himself. just practice and you will get it.
