Well I'm facing Possession with Intent to Distribute and Paraphanelia charges for having an ounce and papers on me....

I had just picked up that O too, my boy got pulled over, and they straight up searched us...Hopin my uncle can get me off, since hes a pretty strong lawyer in my county and I've smoked with him before, but we'll see how it goes. As for smokin, I'm just blazin my ass off and drinkin like never before before court, since I know I'll prolly have to go to classes and probation....

the job of the police is to keep the public safe. i doubt the cop believed he had a weapon in the car, but i dont doubt that he wanted to bust some stoners just to brag about it back at the station. not exactly doing his job.
