Is it just me or, is it for other people to that FINDING someone to be interested in is a lot easier than becoming close to them?

I didn't word that very well, but I just mean like...you have a harder time finding someone that you could actually date, but if you find someone, usually you don't have any trouble with the rest of the relationship?

I dunno, someone make sense of this...I just woke up haha

Are you saying it's easier to find a sex partner than someone to be in a relationship with?

No, I just mean...it's hard to find someone to be interested in period...

But the actually getting them to like me, getting to know them, going out with them, actually dating them etc etc...is natural to me

I just think it's more of a local thing for me...the girls around here just seem to be rich, ignorant and drone like...any attractive girls are insanely uninteresting, and everyone else is just generally uninteresting...I think I just need to hang out with girls from Blake (A performing arts school) a few times...they always are more cultured and just generally intelligent haha

I hope that clears it up
