ok i think about this all the time, when i wake up in the mornig insted of going outside or having a smoke, enjoying nature being with the ones u loves exetra...i am force to go to school,, then after being at school from 7-3 i must go to work from 3-8, to me this is ubserd, this is my life right ? am i not in controle of my destiny ? i just want some ideas on this topick alternitive ways to make an income or something and after high school im am expected to go to school agian for 4 years. not doing that but my life is consumed with work and school. i just want to enjoy my short life and leard things as they coem to me.. right ?
It's only Short if you "believe" that to be true. Life is an ongoing adventure. To make the best of it, you should master the words you have learned ((there's 600,000) (we use 1500 of them)). This insures you to create the reality you want. You still need to learn the basics; Reading writing and basic math, to launch you to where, you want to go in your life though, And try to love the work you "chose" to do! You really can't escape the money system, its here and is not, going away any time soon. The good news is that; you can use the magic of languish, to manipulate it to create the world you want and the direction you want to head in. There are to many layers in this onion call society to revert back to a hunter gathering's world we once had. Greed destroy that 1000's of years ago and it spread to all the corners of the earth, unfortunately. Fortunately what can't be taken from use is our ability to use words to create the reality you/we want. Ask and it will come, in order to learn we have to meet and deal with the challenges we come across in life, as we go along. I call those challenges, the "mountains" we have to climb, you know we always make it to the top, and over them. Namaste
Hes totaly right my advice. Do you like your job, do you have friends there? if not find a job with friends and that you like find your true calling. I think if you are around the ones you love doing what you love you will be happy and thats the goal.
I'm going to get settled into a career if only to support my future family. I can still have my aspirations and hobbies, my likes and dislikes, I just have a little way to go before I can have that bit of freedom. Where in michigan are you from, brother?
I'd keep doing what your doing. Keep working for money, but spend as little as possible, that way when college comes around if you don't want to do it you have money. If you continue with your education you can keep that money in a bank or what not so later you will have money for something improtant
I completely know how you feel. It's like were go to school to become robots for a society that I want no part of. Many times a day i think about how when I get out of high school im going in the woods. I can't stand most people these days, what with the new rap fad and all the white kids thinking they're hard as nails, I just want to get away from the greedy world for a while and see if I like the forest. My advice would be finish high school and run off into the woods. Me and my friend are doing that this summer actually, but Im only in grade 11 right now so I got another year and a half to go. I keep on telling people that I don't care for money (even though I have 1000$). It means absolutely nothing to me, it isn't real... Im probably going to buy land with my brother this spring with it
i just got a job delivering flowers. i get to drive around, no boss on my ass, delivering flowers. i like work. you just need to find something that applies to the way you want to live your life, and if that doesnt work, cause it can be hard, just mentally detatch yourself from the work part of it. its good for your karma, selfless service, ya know?
I'd like to get one of those jobs where I just sit in a tower and watch for fires all day. Yes, I could do all sorts of interesting things while I am "watching for fires". What would happen if there was a fire and I didn't spot it? I dunno....... I could read, and sit in the middle of the woods, and get paid to do it. Its not likely. I don't know but you might like being a park ranger, but I don't really know how that all goes.
