Yeah, I agree. Make sure it's legal where you live. Otherwise if someone find's out your teacher will lose his/her job and will be hit up with lawsuits from your parents or the school. And where I live he'd also be put on the sexual predator's list which is never a good thing. Actually, now that I think about it, even if it is legal your teacher still shouldn't be doing that. Don't they have some rules or codes they have to abide by stating that they're not suppose to talk to students or touch them in any sexual manner? Otherwise, just weigh the good with the bad, I guess. And make sure both you and the teacher are willing to take the consequences of your actions. Just be careful, okay?
All i know is, it is illegal in most countries for a teacher to have sex with a student. It is considered a betrayal of trust and abuse of power between the teacher and student, teacher and school rules and the trust the parents of the child have given to the teacher, to provide the right environment for schooling. Teachers have gone to jail for having sex with a student and students have been kicked out for school. My advice? Get a girlfriend your own age and tell the authorities about what your teacher has said. Ask yourself why this teacher doesn't want to sleep with someone their age. Why do they want this power over a student. It's wrong so don't do it. I feel they're only going after a student because the teacher thinks they can control the younger person. Stay away because it won't work out well for either of you and people will find out.
