super stalker.. advice desperately needed

hey my freinds, i'm sorry i havent posted in awhile, but after u read this you will understand
and forgive me i'm braindead tired so might babble a bitbut heres the situation

I recently fell deeply in love with the most amazing woman i ever met, & she is so perfect in every way
but there is 1 problem, shes been stalked since she was 14 & made the mistake while hitchiking to get in the wrong car.. shes 33 now..stalked over 1/2 her life
the guy who is stalking her has virtualy unlimmeted rescources..yes..a multimillionaire.. he calls her constantly so she cant ever answer the phone, he hacks her computer constantly..even attacked mine
2 days ago a freind did something..that put an end to his hacks at least temporarily..she wiped his ip out of existance..in responce though either he in person..or hired someone..to cut her dsl & phone lines
heres the part that scares me
he bought 1/2 of her cell phone company just to keep tabs on her..think about that..probably spent betweeen 10-50 million just to track her down
(yes shes that amazing..but still)(oh & yes i know how lucky i am to have her) everytime she calls the cops, nothing ever happens cause he just pays them off
shes had to change her name several times & move manty times..but i want to make it end, i dont want her to have to run the rest of her life
when hes not on the road, he comes to her house & camps in her yard & the cops dont help

heres what i;'m concidering
1 contact the state reps, senators & govenor & demand an investigation into why the cops wont help her
2 a huge lawsuite (how do u out lawyer a guy like that tho?) & if we won wedc jus give away his $
3 media..newspapers, tv news..whatever..even if we had to publish an autobiographic book detailing his harrassments & assasinating his name to the point where it huirts him financialy & socialy
4 even thought about possibly taking the story on 1 of those dumb boring shows like oprah..just cause i know they hae rthe rescources to get things done..& national coverage definately is alot of pressure

shes been running all her life pretty much..alwayds hidding from someone who can hire teams of detectives to find her..i dont want that to go on.i dont want her to have to move every year

anyone have any advice how to put an end to it once & for all?
u all know me..& u know i'm not 1 to run & hide from psychos..
but this time is different..i think that hiding & fighting both make sence....hiding alone only makes it continue..fighting withut hidding tho..if hes got 50 million to spend to keep track of who she talkes to..whats to stop him from spening 1 mil on an assasin to prevent her from talking to someone?. dont worry theres no indication that hes that crazy to do that..but he does have the resources..

we are concidering many options though..& luckily shes not financialy screwed like me so can just move when she needs to..but i jus want this next move to be the last 1 she has to..& any after that just be cause she wants to....shes too amazing to let her keep living like that

any suggestions?

I think this is going to be your best bet for now. I don't understand why that asshole, just because he has money, can get away with stalking someone!!!! That's wrong! I would contact the "higher up's" in your state and demand a solution for this. Maybe even hire your own private investigator and see what the hell this dudes problem is! I would take a stand - now! The sooner you try to take action the less likley she is going to get hurt! (Physically) Has he ever tried to physically hurt her? Either way, i think it's time that you and your girl go get some help from some higher up people. It needs to stop, and she doesn't need to be running the rest of her life because of some rich fuck!

thats what i'm planning on doing, that was the same advice my best freind gave this morning..& i agree we need to take whatever action is nescacary to put an end to it
i may be poor..but when he fucked with me, or anyone i care about hes fucked with the wrong person..
thats what i'll do then, friday i'll get in touch with the reps, & the fbi....and maybe go make love in the woods awhile & just be happy till things get back to sanity

well this may be a crazy question, but what is the worst thing that would happen if she actually became friends with this so called millionare? What if you could turned him on to being a hippie? Invite him to a gathering and turn him on to the life! But in another light, how do you know that this person actually exists and is not a fabrication of your gf's wild imagination? She could be cutting phone lines to play this all out. What do you really know about her if she has had so many name changes? This could all be a total scam on you! (hope not!) How does anybody actually know he bought a phone company? is it on record? As hard as it may be, you need to rule this out. Unfortunately there are some really crazy lying women out there, i had a totally convincing roomate once that told everybody she was was dying of leukemia, (not!) and i once briefly dated a guy that was posing as a shrink, with fake business cards with a fancy address etc. I was a naive 21 yr old, like eons ago, but luckily nothing bad happened when i discovered his web of lies and got rid of him. But some people do fabricate serious bullshit to trusting souls like us. Better be safe than sorry further down the road if this awesome woman turns out to be completely crazy. Sorry soaring eagle, i know you are in pain, but this sounds pretty preposterous.

 

well, hes sent boot & crash attacks through yahoo using dozens of bits with crazy names, that knocks her & anyone shes talking to at the time off line or crashes theyre yahoo..also shes bringing over tonight piles of evidence against him, including lots of police reports that went nowhere cause he paid off the cops
i appreciate your thinking that maybe we could turn him around, & actualy i was thinking the bext way to deql with it was have him follow her to a gathering & bring him to sente sena council..
how do i know shes not making it up? well i traced the ip of the hack attacks to georgia where hes from.. & yes, him buying the phone company is public record.. but also i trust her..
i've been through crazy lies before so i know u cant just trust
but..ok..i waqs broke..& before i even met her she sent me a check for $1000...she mentioned she was going to move again to disapear for good this time (he only found her last time cause her family told him where she was..& now shes cut ties with them) so i mentioned a really sweet house my sis looked at that was for sale...she said if i liked it..shed buy it for me & i can live there till i know her well enough to live together..ok..it sounds gar fetched that someone would be that generouse, but shes pure rainbow at heart..just happens to be able to afford to do such kind things

but your right, if theres a way to just turn him round to seeeing things through a new light you know i will try..but if not i just cant let the harrassment go on..

Now that you have established that this is factual, you have a solid platform to work from. My original idea, strange as it seems, keeps coming back to me....go after the guy with sooo much love it will freak him out!
Oh! another thing you might want to find out is his astrology. Does she know his birthday info including birth times? Again, forgive me everybody who scoffs at this but it is about the most insightful and revealing way to determine what is driving peoples behaviour. Their energies together have some kind of a singular force that must be examined. There is some kind of an issue that has to be recognized. How can you actually address this with him, with love??? It (LOVE) is the most powerful force in the universe, so it might just work here! Ther may be a way for him to be *seen* by her and *validated* somehow, so that his insatiable need to be recognized is satisfied, without anybody getting hurt. It's funny that we both thought of the Gathering idea. Miracles do happen and if he is not a violent criminal, just a total annoying ass, it might be what he is craving, because he sounds terribly lonely and cut off from a sense of true community. If the idea of a *reverse stalking with the power of love* could work here, it would be awesome!

awww well i love you all & thank you for the inspiration....reverse stalking..you read my mind..i woke up with the sun this morning with just this idea to contact him at his places of business & try to ressolve things....try talking to him peacefuly & understandingly.. but at the same time lettimng him subtly know that i can expose him to his partners

she'll be here tonight, & we're going to talk all this over..and i'm going to try to block him out of her computers so he cant hack her anymore..
holy shit..i'm not sure cause i wasnt paying close attention..but i have the tv on, & wasnt really watching it, but out of the corner of my eye i just noticed his last name in the production credits ..didnt see the 1st name tho..but actualy wouldnt be surprised if it was him
anyways..yea like i was saying..she'll be here tonight..& we'll be talking over the best way to deal with this..& also compiling a huge file of the evifdence against him just in case we need it

omg!! i'm so freaking happy!!! just a quick update for all you kind folks who helped me deal with this... hes been caught! only 2 hours ago..i dont know all the details yet..but here is what i can tell you.\over the past month things were very difficult.. he made it almost totaly impossible for us to even contact eachother. he hacked her cell phone, destroyed all her computers, she bought a new pc, & we were able to talk for 10 minutes before he destroyed her brand new pc.. it took her 2 weeks to mannage to fix it, & she got the fbi involved.. they caught him just 2 hours ago, & they want her to stay off line a couple more days, probably to track the other hackers he hired..
i talked to a hacker freind (techinacaly a reverse hacker..he only hacks to prevent other hackers) who said most likely the way he got in was to hack her java based cell phone, use a jabva script there to access her wireless router, & then had a custom written trojan on her main pc that allowed him ful control of all her computers & other devices..he could even use her webcam & mic to spy on her. pretty creepy shit..but it looks like she got his ass..i'm gonna talk her into disapearing into the woods for a few weeks anyways just to be on the safe side..but it looks like everythings finaly gonna work out just fine
