If you're circumcised, the bowing could be a result of the scar tissue on that side of your penis pulling the glans tighter on that side than the other side. It's almost exclusively found in circ'd guys, but it can also be a normal variation of the intact penis. If you are circ'd, some stretching of the skin on your penis can straighten out that bow. Do a search for "foreskin restoration." It's really simple and all you need is some medical tape. You can stop after the bowing straightens out, or you completely restore your foreskin.
