Do you eat breakfast?

Nope, rarely ever.....

I guess I am just not hungry in the morning, and if I try to eat that early, my tummy hurts!

Yep, this is me.. if I don't eat, I get a little shaky from low-blood sugar. At least that's what it feels like. My actual blood sugar levels are apparently fine.

The first meal i eat in the day is always considered breakfast to me... I could have a big burger and fries at 8pm, but if its the first thing ive eaten that day, i call it breakfast. cuz thats what it is. but as far as right after i wake up, i have to wait at least an hour or two before i feel like eating anything.

i usually eat breakfast.unless im in a hurry or just wake up too late

 

if you take the word litteraly, as i do, breakfast is whatever is the first thing you eat after you get up, reguardless of kind of food or time of day. so in that sense it would be impossible to not eat breakfast unless you were totaly and absolutely starving yourself to death!

at any rate i love the first meal i eat when i get up. which usualy consists of noodles and hamburger in broth.

I usually get up and go to class, then I get out about 11 and then eat. Guess it's brunch.

I don't like eating before I've at least walked around a little bit, my body tells me it's not ready to metabolise or whatever. The only thing that looks appetising to me when I wake up is my pillow.

After I eat a meal, all I want to do is curl up and go back to sleep, so no, no breakfast.

 

Ah ha! Someone else who gets the same way as me! I always get this way if I'm home on the weekends or at work with nothing to keep me occupied. I could just fall asleep right at my desk, especially since I can't drink a lot right after eating or I become ill.

I just woke up and I still grabbed breakfast. Oatmeal but I eat it like cereal (I know I'm weird), walnuts, vanilla protein powder and soy milk and blueberry pomagranete juice. It's 85 degrees here today so nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a suprise to wake up to. It's still chilly, like 70 at the beaches so not quite beach weather...damn but it's suppossed to be warmer tommorow and I need a tan and to study spanish like a crazy senorita so yo voy a la playa solemente, manana!!!!!!!!!!!!
