well, every time i´ve had a "noctural emission" (wet dream) it seems like there´s been some kinda of sexual thing going on in my dream where i do have an orgasm somehow (always changes) but i´m not necessarily touching anything. so if i´m not in my dream, and i assume i´m physically not, and the orgasm just happens, that would mean that the mind is capable of just making it "happen."
