dreadie mama in canada lookin for rainbow not drainbow

hello all.....haven't visited in a while....been crazy busy with work and

school....but it is almost over with.

We are hoping to go to the Quebec gathering this year....I went with my

son in 2004 and it was the best FIRST gathering we could have had. The

atmosphere was kind and lovng....heard almost nothing of people being

fucked with or ripped off. I guess it is really just a per capita

thing....more people=more trouble......there were probably about 1000-

2000 people there. Anyway I am in New brunswick ....which i know

probably none of you have heard of...lol...(just kidding it's not quite

that bad)....canada just seems to be non existant to most people past

montreal...and i am starved of kindness in my fellow man.....like-

minded people....rainbow....family.....this totally sucks. So just wanted

to connect with my fellow brothas and sistas.....say hi...big hugz...

Hey mama. A shout out from Northern Alberta. Not too many rainbows around here either. We're just visiting my bf's parents. New Brunswick is cool. I was there for a bit after the 2004 Quebec gathering....that was a good one, eh? Remember Lacy at all? Blonde dreadie? She had a kid.

Oh yeah Canada totally exists to lots of people. I know tons of family here, but they're more in B.C. and Quebec. And its awesome here and less polluted and you just get fines for weed. and its awesome here, in case you forgot. Lotsa love sister

 

thanks for that sisters! Well, i know there is a lot of family out west.... (makes me wish i had never moved back), but here there is no one, almost no one. Every time we think we have met someone who could be "Family" they end up doing something stupid, or lying to us, or screwing us over, or only showing up when they need something. It just gets old, ya know? I am FINALLY getting my drivers liscence this spring so hopefully we are not far from being road ready!!!!

I live in Quebec and I also wish there were more gatherings in Canada. I'm without any doubt going to go to the quebec gathering in the summer. It will be my first Rainbow Gathering. If you ever need a warm place to sleep in Montreal just drop me an e-mail or something.

 

I know whatcha mean. For some reason I meet people at rainbows that don;t seem crazy, but wind up being really crazy. Like scary crazy. Oh well I guess its my karma.

I'm actually taking a trip to Quebec this summer by myself and I had no idea there was a rainbow gathering there.Do any of you know when it will be this year so I can leave in time to be there?
