Well these fuckers HOT TOPIC have done it again. Seems my whole town has jumped on the Bob Marley train since hot topic got a isle of Bob shirts, rasta gear, tams, dread wax............... *Most of the people here jumped on this for one simple fact, he was an advocate for the legalization of marijuana, I have spoken with some who havent even hear any of his music. DAMN!
i dunno, i hear a girl say "i want a bob shirt, my boyfriend will kill me if i get one tho". WHY is he racist, is he ANTI-DRUG, is he AnTi-Reggae??? sheesh LOL sorry just ranting
i am SOOOOO glad there are no hot topics in canada, or at least not that i've seen. i went to the website once and laughed my ass off, it's definitely a poseur's paradise.
I went there once and I saw this thing that four people can put thier fingers in and then they push a button and one of them gets shocked
that wold be one thing i wold have to buy from there HAHAHA........ I wold be the one to get shocked every time knowing my luck
Hot Topic... hahahah. Hey, I think I am going to go buy a $250 black vinyl trenchcoat so I can be cool in a dark and disturbed way. People won't mess with me then.
ive never heard of hot topic before is it in a magazine or website?? do i sound like an idiot?? prolly.
Lol just so ya know, hot topic is a store at the mall. Yea I have shopped there before to buy a couple band tee shirts but i fuckin hate it, and I've had bad experiences with some people that work there :cough: ::bastards:: :cough: so i generally avoid that store. And I know what you mean about everybody wearin bob shirts when they don't even listen to his music.. I unfortunately know plenty of people like that. But hey like someone else said, maybe they will check out his music and it will turn them on to bigger and better things.
Hot Topic is a store which is found in most of the larger malls across the US. They cater primarily to what you might call the "goth" crowd. They carry all sorts of hideous, overpriced goth-like clothing for all the poseurs out there with parents who can afford the crap they sell. As someone above basically said, it's pretty much poseur heaven. They also carry overpriced "band t-shirts" of only the most trendy, popular artists.
