ok, how did this happen? Im a 19 year old male, about 135 pounds and about 5 foot 9. Im a skinny kid and for some reason this past year I just got stretch marks on my ass. Id like to think I can just ignore it and it will go away but that seems unlikely. Why did this happen and what can I do to get rid of them, or at least make them not so gross? Please help, I really dont want to hang onto these things. Im sure they aren't going to be considered very attractive to whatever mate I find in these coming years.
Ich... sounds rough. You can solve the problem through exercises that focus mainly on... well, you ass... try doing some jogging, I guarentee it will help a lot. Also I'd reccomend going to a gym and focusing on exercies that work you glutes and lower legs. heres some resources. You also might wanna take some creatine and load up on protein to make things easier. http://www.askmen.com/sports/bodybuilding/39_fitness_tip.html http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/carmen10.htm
if it makes you feel any better, my bf is in really good shape with a great body, but he happens to have some light stretch marks on his ass. They don't bother me at all. They're natural, it happens to everyone. Cocoa butter is supposed to help with stretch marks. It won't make them go away, but it will prevent more from coming.
Stretch marks usually occur when you've gained weight at a rapid rate. I used to have them on my ass/thighs a bit. but as soon as i lost that weight, they became only 25% visible. Also, tanning tends to make them less noticeable. I wouldn't worry about it though, it happens to the best of us!
Stretch marks usually start out being bright red or pink, but eventually fade to a whitish color. Nothing will get rid of them, but you can try some of those creams they sell to help the fading process. Cocoa butter or other lotions really arent affective, since stretch marks form underneath the top layer of skin, but it never hurts regardless. Tans can help when they've faded, but skin damage is another story altogether. The point is, they happen, and they'll fade.
they happen, and you don't have to be overwieght to have them. i really don't think that your future partner is really going to care, or find them unattractive. real people have stretch marks, and cellulite, and back pimples, lol. it's sort of disillusioning to realize that, but it's true.
Maderma a bit pricey... and it takes a few weeks... but it works like a charm... works for discolored areas too. You can find it at most Wal-marts.
Are they new? If they're new, they'll fade. Annnd, I heard vitamin E was good, but a poster up above clarified that this doesn't really help, but it couldn't hurt.
