actually a manager at a conveince store and the owner is a paranoid freak that thinks everyone is trying to get over on him. there's even a camera on the register. it's creepy. i wouldn't doubt if there was a sound bug in one of the vents in the ceiling. one day, he got his coming. i can bet.

we have to build an elite rebel force, the greatest minds coming together to battle the government via the internet. All super computer geniuses cant be government sell outs afterall

 

gmail is also like that. every word of every email someone sends through gmail is kept on record for consumer reasearch purposes. i'm always wary when someone offers free stuff. i don't much care though, if they really gave a shit about what i have to say in my emails this world would be full of porn shops run by cartoon characters.

 

What it all comes done to is the media makin an huge deal of it cause google is such an internet icon.

Its been said other search engines have already did the same thing but in modified form.

And also its just a form of generalized monitoring vs singular as if they were trying to single one person out.

Honestly id be more worried about this site being watched as a counterculture site vs a generalized information gathering trick.
