So I have to do this stupid ass essay on controversial television commercials that include: condoms, tampons, phone sex, and horror movie trailers. Freaking god almighty, I am out of my head trying to figure out what's controversial about them....any advice? and does anyone know where I can find a good site for all of this?
I'd say just start writing about whatever issue gets you fired up. Then try to find a way to relate it to a commercial. It would be tough to write about the four issues because 1) there aren't many condoms commercials. 2) tampons are controversial? 3) not many phone sex commercials 4) horror movies are controversial? so I'd say just start writing about any issue of sex or violence in the world. If you're against contraception explain why and if you're for contraception explain that. Then say whether the "trojan man" adds work for it or against it. of course the hardest part is to get started writing. once you start, if you're really pissed off about the topic it should just start flowing. pretty soon you'll have that stupid ass essay done! good luck.
the damned thing is...I have to write about all four. damn. and I agree...wtf is controversial about a tampon? lmao
What bothers me more is when you see a mainstream com. with a chinaman kid, a white kid, a black kid and a latio kid in a situation that would never be in real life just to put on the front of racial diversity. Mcdonalds used to be bad at this but im not sure about recently.
I don't think it'd be that weird to see an Asian a white, a black, and a hispanic at the same burger joint as it is for them all to be happy about their shitty burger jobs.
I wonder when I see commercials about 'male enhancment' are they trying to make me a better man? I mean, isn't part of becoming a better person working through the problems in your life. Then I realise their talking about my member.
ya, those things arent very contreversial. Unless of course youre stuck up and have some crazy religious beleifs, which I find more contreversial. this is a contreversial commercial
