I was arrested about a month ago. I'm 17 and as ridiculous as this is in my state I am being charged as an adult. It's my first offense, and my lawyer said the case will probably be dismissed (I won't be convicted). Will I still have to put that I was ARRESTED on job applications and such, or just if I get convicted?

Most job applications only ask if you have been convicted of any felonies, and then explain if yes. Arrests, don't really matter, just felony convictions. Of course, I don't know about real jobs, just fast food, retail, teenage job shit. You should be fine.

Only if its on your actual record. Most of the times, at least in my neck of the woods, if its your first offense, they'll put it on a stet docket, which means once you pass all your shit for probation, they'll wipe it off your record. Or you can hope for PBJ as well, which is Probation before Judgement, which is basically the same thing, only if you get caught again, they will charge you as your second offense. I think those are right, but then again I'm not a lawyer.

Your record is wiped clean once you turn 18.

I'm in a similar situation, and the officer I talked to said that my record would be clean by 18.

When you go to a court request a trial by jury. I'm pretty sure that you can do that and then they wont go through the trouble and probably disimiss it.
