Suspended for nothing

Today I was suspended for being about five feet away from someone with a pipe. There was seven of us, we were about two blocks off of school grounds, and my friends had just smoked a bowl. I didn't, because I had a final in science and I didn't want to be stoned for it. One of my friends pulled out his pipe and was showing it to us, and right then a resource officer drove up. He confiscated the pipe and kept asking us where the weed was. We said there is no weed, he was just showing us the pipe. He called the Vice Principal out there and he took us all in. They took three kids into another office, one being the kid with the pipe.

Then, they interrogated us one by one, saying that they knew who had the weed and that they just wanted us to tell them. They even told two of my friends that everyone else ratted them out, when we didn't, and one of them wasn't even in posession. They searched one of my friends, but they didnt find his sack.

Then, they searched us all again. Me and one of my friends were clean so we left, but my other friend had weed on him, and the other had a pipe. The pipe tested negative, so he was sent on his way. But apparently, my other friend was getting arrested.

I thought I was okay, though, but they called me back down. When I sit down, my dyke of a counselor tells me I'm suspended, then emphasizes the fact that my friends were making sure that she knew that I don't smoke weed. She asked me why I'd be out there if I wasn't smoking weed, and I said because they're my friends. She told me that if I know its wrong, why don't I try and get them to quit. I said I don't neccessarily think its wrong, just illegal. She started giving examples about if I was in a car where someone was shot, or if I was in a store with someone who was shoplifting, and I told her I get it and left.

Long story short, 7 kids got suspended, 2 of them with posession on their records.

I'm only suspended for a day, though, so its kind of like a free day, I don't really care, I'm gonna chill with the other kids who were suspended. My mom is gonna kill me, though, and I won't be surprised if I start getting tested soon. Its still a major case of bullshit, I'm about to kill someone

that definitly not fair, i got the same shit when i was in middile school they said i was drinking on school property during school, some how my firends house 2 hours before school was on school property during school i wasnt even drunk i have two shots of rums, one other kid brang rum to school and blamed it on me and two my firends, just so happens everyone but me got suspended, my other two firend didnt do shit, one of my firends didnt even drink, his dad was a cop so he went down to the school and bitched them out and they let it go, fucked up part is they belived a kid who was failing in school who was a bully and the teacher hated him because he acted like a complete asshole had been in trouble for haveing weed in school before, over three kids with no school problems and ok and very good grades, they couldnt bust us so they turned it into a fucking witch hunt, the next week two other kids got suspended both my firends one didnt do anything the other was drinking and sitting next to the other during lunch

 

I've smoked out of that pipe a million times before, I've seen it a million times before, I didn't need to see it again, nobody there did. I wasn't really looking.

We basically all blame my dumbass friend who can't keep his pipe away.

 

Dam you gotta fuckin love the 'authorities.' "we know who has the weed, but we want you to tell us who has the weed." yea, right, more like "we're dumbass conservatives who can't tell our assholes from our elbows, so please, implicate yourself and direct us to the devil weed"

Also, I wouldn't be so pissed at my friend man, you never been excited and wanted to show something off? Wasn't like he was waving his 38 around or anything. The people to blame are the fearful americans who don't understand that a punishment that hurts the user more than the drug does is just going to alienate you even more from them.

 

Yeah thats pretty gay. I'd be pissed but the day off must have been nice.

 

Well, you'd have to know him. He's an idiot, and continually takes his pipe out in front of teachers. He's had it for three weeks, everyone there has seen it over and over again, and we told him we didn't want to see it. And we're almost certain he ratted my friend with the bag out.

 

If you denied that you knew what the pipe was you would have definitely gotten away with it.
And your friend was being a total dumbass just wipping it out like it ain't nothing special at school.

Lessons from this story:
A) don't take shit to school.
B) don't hang with people that do (atleast at school, it's a liability)
C) it's not what they know, it's what they can prove. You had no idea it was gasp marijuana pipe! and seeing as you didn't have shit on you...
D) shut the fuck up when being confronted by authorities.

 

They told me I don't have the right to remain silent. To policemen, I do, but under school administration, apparently I don't. We were several blocks from the school, on a street where we always smoke weed. The resource officer decided that he'd start driving his car around, he had been absent for a while(its been too cold for the lil' piglet).

If I told them I didn't know what it was, they'd call bullshit and give me a harder time. That excuse just wouldn't fly here. It was a glass pipe caked with resin and I'm always hanging out with all of them.

But yeah, I'm not going across the street anymore. Just gonna stay inside and go through school days without smoking anything.

 

ya they do that, in a Break and Enter suspisioun one told me my buddy had ratted me out when he told my buddy I had ratted him out.

 

If your friend ratted on the person with the bag then IDK I'd probably not talk to him anymore.

 

Yeah, we aren't for sure, and it wouldn't have mattered anyways because they searched us all again, but at first when he interogated us, he searched my friend with the bag. But, since he's a rent-a-cop piece of shit, he didn't find it, because he sucks at his job.

Haha, and when he tested my friend's wooden pipe for resin, he scraped off a piece of wood so it came up negative.

If it was up to the rent-a-pig and him alone, we would've gotten away with it, but unfortunately the administrators knew what they were doing.

But its pretty nice to sleep in, get up and watch the dead on a weekday. My mom said I could go to the mall, too. She was pissed at the school, like two other parents are arguing with the principal today.

 

One of my friends got kicked outta school for posession and calling the vice principle AKA big john tate a fat fuck, and soon later big john tate got the other vice principal and himself 2 wait on school property and challenge my friend 2 a fight im not making this shit up it was after school hours after a big dance that he wasent invited 2, there where enough of use 2 rip them new assholes but i dident want 2 waist my acedemic career LOl which isent that pretty anyway so we decided 2 walkaway but his car is on my molotov list

 

Yeah, well this bitch who suspended me, she's a huge dyke, like about six feet seven inches. She could take me.

Well, technically anything within 10 feet of you is posession, if no one claims it. Yay for fucked up laws.
