Yep, those are they. I didn't say I hated them though, just that they scared me. In truth, I do feel sorry for them. The reason they scare me is that it's proof of how some people are still willing to bring up their children in such a twisted belief.

They contradict themselves. They celebrate all things great about European culture, but are American. I'm not sure I get it, but nevermind. To each their own. Maybe one day they'll realise white supremacy is a load of bull

I think a hippie doesn't care about politics. Hippies are peacefull and non-violent. They just love no mather what side of politics he supports. Hippie is a state of mind.

 

A great many hippies do care about politics, and will protest to demonstrate their beliefs in a peaceful non-violent manner, unless attacked. Just as they demonstrated against the war in Vietnam then they demonstrate against our involvement in the Middle East now; just as they opposed Johnson and Nixon then they oppose Bush now. It's difficult to know where to draw the line but those who resort to violent demonstrations are not what I'd call hippies but radicals.

 

Sometimes "hippie" is just used as a general derogatory term for someone who doesn't agree with the majority. Sad, but true.
