    Today I should do some calisthenics and stretching, and i think what's the point.

    wow, sorry to hear you guys are hurting.......if you try really hard and wish for it very much,you can shut out all that pain and become numb...........been there.....you can feel no highs or lows,just catatonic nothingness.............done that.....even feeling numb hurts ,though. i guess life is about suffering(to SOME extent).i guess too,that if i accept that pain,instead of fighting it so much it won't be so bad.....then again,i'm probably wrong...anyhoo,i'm sending all you good people,good vibes and alot of love....if you have a minute could you please send some back, my way? peace..........
