These pictures are ment to show how we view people in society. It will eventually be a body of work consisting of 15 to 35 drawings depending on what my teacher wants. This will also have men's torsos as well. Here are the first 3 drawings.
I think those should be repoduced in 6 foot instalations. I'd like to see people confronted with humanity on that scale.
actually, there will be some of that size. the first piece is up there is 14 x 20 the 2nd and 3rd are 18x 24. the next 2 are going to be 24x 36 and then progressively get larger. I think the biggest I will do them for this project is 7 feet by 4 feet. I'll keep posting the new ones as they come along.
hey Dropkick, I was just thinking about documentation when I looked at your work. Your pics look blurry while the work is good. Fixing up the colors might help a bit. I did one in photoshop, its not perfect off course, but it gives better examples of your work to other people: good luck
sk- we took a bunch of pics of his work and changed the lighting a million times but couldn't figure out what to do to make the image on the camera more clear, lol. Thanks alot, I'm sure when he sees this he'll be very happy.
yeah. thanks. i can do that, i'm just lazy. lol. i barely have the time to get them up here let alone change them. hopefully soon i get a better camera and i won't have to enhance anything. i'm just giving a general idea anyway.
the second one is beautifull. i really love your use of colours. i swear you said you'v only just started using colour.
