Philippines in there selfish act to pull out troops for the release of a hostage, has condemned many nationals to a brutal death. Now that the terrorists have seen success of there actions. This situation will intensify. So Philippines have saved one of there own and condemned many others to death.

Ok that statement is irrational and irrelevant. The fact they made the decision do join the coalition shows there support. They could of pulled out in august. In so doing sacrificing the hostage. Because of this selfish act they have put many more people at risk of being kidnapped. Also showing they have no backbone and really can't be depended on for anything. Expecially on security.

Well this is what happens when the US goes to war without the support of the UN. Our coalition are all small countries without squat for a military.

We can't tell the Phillipines what to do with their military. If they don't want to see hostages killed, that's more than enough reason to pull out. I don't agree with it, appeasing terrorists never works out in the long run, but it's up to them if they want to stay or not. It doesn't make them selfish or spineless for not wanting not to see innocent hostages executed.

their citizens were pretty much gonna burn the country down and overthrow the government if they didn't. yeah, the head choppers are even more eager to carry on, but that's our problem, not the phillipines'. they got their own troubles to deal with.

For thier own part the Phillipines has been an ally in our war on terror. I respect thier reasonging to withdraw, now they can focus on disbaning islamic fundamentalism in thier own country.
