I cant believe how many extremely rude people there are out there! It's like people think that there's safety being on the net-- they can say anything mean they want, and it doesnt matter..... like people's feelings dont get hurt when a hurtful email message is sent. Last time I checked, a hurtful message is a hurtful message. It doesnt matter if it was left on the phone, in a note, or through an email. It's just plain mean.

 

WTF? HAHAHAHA! Some people are so ignorant. If that happened to me I'd just laugh my ass off. When people try to insult me for some reason it has the opposite effect on me. I find it hilarious. Probably because it's so not true and just totally stupid. Yeah, drug addicts wear size 3T patchy overalls with dragonflies on them. Hahahaha!

Well, I for one have never done drugs and I am in love with my Sewfreakinmad original. I wear it every day and proudly! I get the most compliments on it and people are always asking me if I made it (since I sew a lot of my own clothing) and I say, " Nope, it's a sewfreakingmad design".

Yeah, I get weird emails from people all the time about my hats, my pads, my clothing and you know what.... they talk about it to others which in turns ends up giving me sales! I love it! So sometimes, you get word of mouth advertising from the most unusual of places!

And omg, people can be so stoopid. I got a message about a month ago that said that my sewing was subpar. Ah well. I guess it makes people feel better about themselves in a strange sort of way...?

I've been reading (I like to lurk, tee hee) all of the post about these insults and I'm thinking it's seriously probably the same person.

Everyone's creations that posts here are absolutely fabulous! There's probably a crabby person that stumbled across hipforums.com and decided to check out the thread that has everyone's links, and they're trying to make themselves feel better by putting others down (for whatever dumb reason). I'm betting another person's website/ebay auctions will be targetted soon with a similar gripe.

We ought to form some kind of craft police...though I don't know what good it would do, but hey, it'd be fun.

I have had a couple of emails I call "Dead Head Elitists"... They think they are in charge of what patchwork clothing rules are and supposed to be and in charge of hippies, stereotypically," Masters of the Hippie universe"... I just deleted the emails and was like, whatever!
I just think they are sad, lonley folks that need to get a life...Who wastes that much negative energy???

To me hippies are free to make anything and do whatever they want!
