I've got a question for ya'll. Comes with a very short story too! I rolled a joint, and didn't finish it. Now I'm going to smoke it and i look at the decent roach I have. Three quarters of joint smoke has just flown through it. Does some get into the weed at this point in the joint? Does it get saturated? I just want to know if I'm going to get higher than I would with regular weed with this bowl right now. Thank you.
Resin buildup in a joint.... Def gets a ton of resin in the back half of the joint when using resiny (word?) bud. Not sure if it gets you higher, I guess that kind falls into the "does resin get you high" controversy category than a "is there resin in the back of the joint?" deal, as it's quite obvious there is a lot of resin back there. Isn't the paper stained and somewhat clear from all the resin? They even get drippy sometimes..... mmmmm
I think some might, just as resin would build up when you smoke from a pipe. Maybe word your question a little better next time though, haha.
yeah, it'll get ya higher. some people keep all their roaches and use the left over, resin coated bud to roll a super potent joint... =D
THC DOES NOT get "concentrated" in a roach nor does in collect in a pipe bowl/stem. THC comprises a fraction of a marijuana bud. Most of what you smoke is plant material. What collects in a roach bowl/stem is a by-product of the burning process, like ashes in a fireplace. Depending on the moisture content of the bud, there could actually be LESS THC in a roach that the rest of the joint, since THC metabolizes at a lower temp than ignition. Which is why a roach and bowl scrapings always taste awful.
