Oh, one thing I learned:

People usually don't want to hear about your experiences. Don't tell unless they ask, usually. ESPECIALLY non-smokers.

One other thing: If you have questions, it's usually better to ask at the time the term is used (or whatever) than to wait and be like "So. What's a bowl?"

 

IDK, every stoner friend i've ever had start their conversations with "So, this one time i was high and..."

 

if you just smoked some pot, and you dont think that you smell while your blazed... dosent mean that you dont smell. You most likely do.

40 oz: get a clue, an 1/8th does not change its meaning from dealer to dealer, an eigth will always refer to one eigth of one ounce which is commonly rounded to 3.5 grams. How much you actually get when you ask for an eigth does vary but that doens't mean what an eigth is changes. Please begin using common sense in your posts.

To the thread starter: As a point of clarification, sticky doesn't necessarily mean the weed is of really high potency. I've seen some sticky weed taht sucked, and some amazing weed that wouldn't stick to tape. It is accepted slang that "the sticky" refers to some real dank buds, but it definitately is not always the case.

I'm pretty sure dealers don't have the power/ability to manipulate how many grams go into an ounce.

That would be a pretty cool skill tho "Hey let me get an ounce" "Alright that's 17 grams here you go!" "WTF since when is an ounce 17 grams?" "Since 40oz gave me the power to change the number of grams in an ounce" "Oh, that stupid fucker!"

if someone knows you have bud dont go take a random invitation to go smoke a bowl or a jay unless its a good good friend with good good people by his side to offer the bud or you could get jacked i got jacked once got the shit beat out of me the next day i bought a pocket knife i carry it whenever i got weed or money all the time, so like sex like weed bring protection.

Well regardless if this is a complete waste of time if any new stoner does see this thread at least they will be well informed. I thought of one thing I could add.

I dont know about everyone else but I live with my parents still (working on moving out soon) and it is very important for me to keep my pipes and stash hidden from them. I have found that once I am stoned I am not very careful with where I put these things. Other times I am so careful with where I hide them that I cant find my stuff in the morning (once I hid my bubbler and couldent find it for a week and a half; suck!).

Anyway what I am getting at is now I have a certain places where I hide all my stuff and every time I come home (regardless of what is going on at my house I go into my room and stash my stuff IMEDEATLY!! I suggest others do the same or you are liable to leave something out that your parents will find.

How to smoke in your room and not get caught a lot of people question this).

First off you need some form of common sense, if you dont have that then you shouldnt be smoking Cannabis.

You will need:

-A hippy tube or a "sploof / spoof"
(To Make a hippy tube, you take a paper towl roll(or toilet paper roll) after it has been used up, and stuff it full of about 3 or 4 dryer sheets. You then exhale the smoke into the tube and the smoke then smells just like dryer sheets.)

-Incense

-Scented Candles

-Matches

-Towl or shirt

-Eye drops

-Breath Mints

-Axe(or something similar).

Now... A bowl or bong is prefered over joints because joints and blunts just let the smoke escape in the air, IMO for social smoking, joints are the way to go, its just really nice to pass it around, but if your smoking your weed alone, then the best way to go is bowls, because not only do they save weed, but they cut down on smell and smoke escaping into the air,plus they are reusable.

First thing. Make sure you have at least 30 minutes time where you wont be disturbed in your room, or bathroom, the longer the time the better, but try to go for at least 30 minutes. Close the door and put the towl down at the bottom against that crack. Have all your supplies with you so you wont have to make several trips and look suspicious. Light some incense with a match(match puts off smell unlike lighters) then light a scented candle(added effect).( In my experiences the best incense for this are Nag Champa and Sandalwood.) Then...Spark the bowl inhale and then put your hand over the top of the bowl to keep the smoke from escaping into the room, this usually kills the flame so you will have to relight, which is good because if you are using matches then the extra match smoke helps counter the weed smoke. Grab your hippy tube and exhale the smoke into it. Repeat this until you are high.

Becareful with matches and dont burn your house down, you dont have to use them. I just like to because it helps even more to counter the smell.

Then... if possible leave the incense burning, but dont leave the candle burning, blow it out and the smoke will go into the room and help cut down on the smell, get all of your weed paraphanelia up and put them in the safe hiding place, scan the room for any signs of marijuana, seeds, stems, bits of the bud, ashes, etc. Spray the Axe on you, put in the candy, gum or breath mints, and boom, there you go. You shouldnt get caught.

The best time to do this is at night when nobody is awake. And... Coughing... can get loud especially if you are a new smoker or its some real dank bud. Music can help to counter this, or... just cough into a pillow, it should muffle the sound.

With all these supplies you can lose track of them, a purple Crown Royal bag(whiskey) works well(thats what I use to use), or any kind of tin or shoe box, you can put all your stoning gear in there, just be sure to hide them well.

VERY VERY VERY VERY GOOD ADVICE. Don't be nice to people you don't really know and share your bud, I know this sounds like a non-stoner thing to say, and believe me I'm all for sharing the good herb, but shit like this happens way too much, just some person trying to be nice and get another high and the other has to go and be a fucktard.

I like listening to cool stoner stories, but I usually don't wanna hear about what was going through your head, just what was happening. I don't really wanna hear in depth about the hallucinations you had. Maybe I'm being uptight or whatever, but a lot of the time the stories are kinda lame.

Those are prices for just regular bud, now on better kinds it does vary, I'm soon getting some maui gold hydro, and it is more, so here are the dollar $ for it,

Also a couple good tips to the newb smokers:

1: if u go to buy, do not let yourself be pushed over on price, if they charge more than 25$. they're normally just trying to make money off of u.
2: If it has a nice pungent smell to the nostrils, its almost always good weed.
3. Trust your gut and ask them to weigh it for you, now that might cause some problems, but go back to rule 1 and stand with your first feeling about it.
4: Bring your OWN scale, or ask for it to be weighed. I don't know how many times I've been TOLD that it weighed right and went home to my digi and it was a gram or a couple short.
5: If they don't wanna weight it in front of you, leave. They're trying to make money off of you, and likely enough if u don't know them, its prolly not as good as they say.
