Well do you believe it will become legalized? I believe it will. People all say that stoners get their hopes up for legalization, but I feel the community for legalization, is making progress. It was first made illegal, and now look, now several states have decriminalized it to a certain point, and several states have medical mj. My views are obvious which is why you are probably not surprised I voted yes.

It'll never be like it is in Amsterdam if thats what you wanted to know. The government has been saying pot was bad for like the past 200 years or whatever. They can't come out now and be like...Oh, shit, we fucked up, know what? Pots not bad, so go ahead and smoke that shit.

It wont become legal as in by law. I did vote yes though because I believe that it will become legal in the sense that a U-turn is legal. You'll only get in trouble if you are, for example, holding a sign that reads "5 bucks a doob"

I should have put decriminalization. And the government has only been saying its bad for about a hundred years. Before in the 1700s it was illegal in someplaces not to grow hemp. I'm sure someone will quote dazed and confused.

Marijuana has only been illegal in the U.S. since like the 1930's only.

Like i told you earlier, the anti-marijuana people have the upper edge when it comes to financial things like ads, pamphlets, whatever they use to keep re-corrupting the american people's minds. So, NO, i dont think it will ever be fully decriminalized in the US at ALL. All efforts should be used moving out of this place...

Marijuana will never be legal in the United States. The only way the government will allow it is if the right wing corporate big shots can make a direct benefit from the legalization. And since those guys only look out for thier own benefit, and not the country as a whole and all the people it would help, I doubt we will see legalization in this time period. Even if they did legalize it, it would be taxed to hell, with the government making millions off of mother natures harvest, which is wrong in my mind. I for one won't let the government tax my nugs.

It really is a shame seeing best friends sent to jail and recieving worse sentences than child molesters over few ounces of Buddha. Think of how many would benefit from the legalization, for medical, spiritual, or recreational reasons.

I don't think it will. People are much too ignorant and easily manipulated by authority, and those that aren't will probably all just move out once it gets to be too much.

i think it would happen at one point but it wont be anything like what stoners fantasise about, it would probably come in a slightly grim workld when perhaps cannabis may become necessary to maintain the world (hemp.. when world resources run low) but i relaly think it would happen before reources run low, its just a possibility. i dunno when.. or how.. but no law stays forever

I honestly don't trhink it will ever be legal here in the USA. If it ever does get legalized, none of us will be alive to see it, but I never see it happening.

We'll see times change, future generations may (or may not) have a different attitude towards legalization, who can tell for sure?
We just have to do what we can now.

They might, but the generation I see now (and am unfortunately part of) it very easily controlled and doesnt like to cross lines. There is a defintite move towards conformity and not standing out. This next generation is going to need more free-thinking idols, because everyone seems intent on doing whatever people in PEOPLE magazine are doing. Keep turning people on though, and eventually it will happen. I may be wrong, but i think thats what the next generation sees. The damn propaganda and outright LIES that are being told are going to make it hard.

To whatever extent this is true, i see at as beign irrelevant because through whatever sense people need to conform, they are in a weird way finding that they are able to conform by not conforming. I dont know if that makes any sense, or if it just exists in my world, but i think that there will be a generation that throws all modernly accepted morals into the garbage... (if not this then the next)...probobly out of boredom or just whimsically...... but yes, someone will need to lead that

Add on a decriminalised option, which is differnt from legalised. Jimmy Carter almost decriminalized it in the 70's, and they will proablably get it done one of these decades
