You need to resize your picture on your computer picture program (mine is Cannon) then upload them to the site. There should be an option that lets you change the size. Make them about 400 X 400 ish and they will be about as big as my sig picture.

That's the same program I have. Their pics are huge so I use photobucket.com, then just copy/paste

ok so i joined photobucket & transferred my pics from kodak. then, i cut & pasted them into the 'upload' page of hip forums, but when i hit 'upload/submit' nothing happened. i waited 4ever thinking that maybe doing two pics at once would slow it down, but i have a cable modem, so it shouldn't be that slow
the page never changed & i finally gave up
going to try again tonight....any more advice?????

I'll try. I don't understand the part about you cutting and pasting to the upload page. What I do is have the pictures stored on my computer (and size them properly there) and then when I go to upload on the Forums it says "browse". I hit that and go to where my pictures are stored on my computer and click on the one that you want. That should bring it in to the upload page where you title it and so on. I hope this helps! You better post a picture on this thread so we can know you succeeded if you do! Hahhahaha!

:) I use photobucket as well,it seems to be the most "idiot proof"which is perfect for me,cuz I am definitely "technologically challenged"and have yet to figure out my photo programs, hahahahaha
hope the info has helped ya out and I'll say the same thing that Tarabell said:)
