I heard that applying vaseline on your eyelashed can make them grow longer...is that true? If not, does anyone know anything that can?
You could maybe try taking one of those hair and nail vitamins. If they make everything else grow, why not your eyelashes? Of course, you might want to watch out for your eyebrows. It could get ugly.
Aside from having mascara permanently tattooed on your lashes, I don't believe there is any way to have them grow permanently longer. If Vaseline helped hair growth, bald men would be rubbing it on their heads.
Me and a freind of mine where drinking once we wheren't drunk, but i dared him to shave his eylashes Whould you believe there alot thicker now, in termes of length i don't know if they got longer or not.
I liked this product. I realized a difference after applying it nightly for about two weeks. Search the site, I believe they sell other eyelash enhancers. http://luminescencecatalog.com/product.asp?pn=M106
Vaseline is just the gunk left over from petroleum, I can't see how it would affect the growth of your eyelashes in any way. However, I know that people put vaseline on their eyelashes and then curl them instead of using mascara, because the vaseline is waterproof.
Yeah that and some other places as well.. No, for real though, I don't think there is a way to actually help them grow longer. You can make them appear longer, but I think they are happy the way they are.
Jojoba oil is recommended to put on the scalp for hair growth...something about keeping the hair follicle unclogged of sebum or something....I forget exactly what I read. It's definitely good for keeping the pores clear. I use it to moisturize my face and it's really helped prevent acne breakouts. I rub a small amount all over my face at night, including on my eye lids and eyelashes. I can't claim that my eyelashes have grown because of the jojoba oil. I'm not even sure if they have. But it's definitely helped to moisturize and strengthen my lashes, causing them to be softer, shinier, and breaking less. It's also a really good mascara remover, and I've heard of mascara causing lashes to fall out and break easier so it would make sense that removing mascara thoroughly would help.
